The Ability to Reply to Messages on the Community is Granted to Non-Admins by WhatsApp.

Although it is a new feature of WhatsApp, it increases the likelihood of spam and unwanted messages.

>Notification groups within WhatsApp communities can share important information with administrators, but non-admins will soon be able to respond to messages, which will alter many things. This alteration was identified in WhatsApp’s Android beta v2.24.4.12.

Yet, there is a cautionary note.

>This new feature on the beta channel may not be accessible to communities with over 1,024 members, as stated in that article.
After making an announcement, it is important for the community to respond by pressing and holding the message.

>Non-administrators can respond privately to admins but cannot comment on the announcement at this time.
Reporting, tracking, or personal transfer are the options available to them.

>Flags for answered ads are also included in this most recent beta release.
Tap this and you’ll see a text form, along with the answers of other members all over.

>Although a service of this nature will certainly increase member engagement, it may be perceived as allowing spam or unwanted messages to enter larger communities.

The administrator must ensure that the answers provided are relevant in this particular case.

It’s also unclear whether WhatsApp will automatically activate the feature, or use a toggle to do so.
