A missing 13-year-old girl in Florida was found dead and her mother’s boyfriend is suspected of moving her body.

According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, the body of Madeline Soto, a missing 13-year-old girl, was discovered in ruins in an urban area on Friday afternoon.

Police Chief John Mina stated earlier in a press conference that the body is being probed for murder, with suspicions attached to the person whose mother’s boyfriend was involved in the incident.

 

>In an update, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office announced that search teams had been stationed in a woodened area near Hickory Tree Road.
Adeline’s family have been informed. No further details are available for us to disclose.
The primary agency involved in this murder investigation is the Kissimmee Police Department.

 

>Madeline was reported missing on Monday morning by the sheriff’s office, who stated that her mother’ in-law, Stephan Sterns, had dropped her off just a few blocks away from Hunter’s Creek High School in Orlando.

>According to Mina’s statement at he news conference on Friday, she was never dropped off near the school that morning, as per current evidence.
A forensic examination of the child’s phone revealed disturbing images and videos of criminal and sexual nature, leading to allegations of child sexual abuse.

 

According to Mina, it is believed that Madeline was killed in Kissimmee, where her family had a flat, and her body was taken away by Sterns on Monday morning.

It was reported by the sheriff that they believed her life had ended at that time.
The time frame for taking these images has not been made public by the authorities.

While the search for a missing child was ongoing, Kissimmee Police Chief Betty Holland requested public comment.

 

Sterns has not had any communication about the matter, as per Mina.
He was taken into custody at the Osceola County Jail, where he is currently being held by Kissimmee police on charges of capital sexual assault.
