Users gain more control over Instagram with the introduction of advanced features by Meta, including Threads.

Meta revealed a range of new features for Instagram on Monday, which will allow users to send and receive direct messages more frequently. After sending, messages can be edited within 15 minutes.

With the new feature, users can now edit messages within 15 minutes and attach up to three messages to their inbox, deactivate read receipts for direct messages, choose from new discussion topics, and keep favorites.

In addition to offering better logins and empowering users to take control of messaging, Meta has also made these features available for use worldwide, although they were initially limited to a select few.

Improvements are being made to Threads, another Meta site, with the inclusion of new gestures.
By swiping right and left, users can easily approve or hide posts in the For You Tab.

Presently, it remains uncertain if the application can incorporate these gestures into other areas.
As per the report by 9to5Mac, Instagram recently conducted a trial of App Clip.

By using this feature, users can access the Reels short video platform without downloading the Instagram app.
In addition, the latest iOS update for Instagram has introduced a lock screen widget that grants users quick access to the Story Camera with just one click.

Both Instagram and Threads are free to use after downloading’s via iOS and Play Store.
